Registration Inclusions
Full Registration includes attendance to all sessions from 25 – 28 May, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and entry to the Welcome Reception. Tickets to attend the Conference Dinner will be available at a subsidised rate for Conference Attendees.
Student Registration includes attendance to all sessions from 25 – 28 May, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and entry to the Welcome Reception. Tickets to attend the Conference Dinner will be available at a subsidised rate for Conference Attendees. The Student Registration rate is available for current students and undergraduates.
Day Registration includes attendance to sessions, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments on the nominated day. Day registration does not include any of the social functions. Tickets to attend the social functions may be purchased separately.
Fraudulent Websites and Booking Agencies
The conference industry has been confronted with an increasing number of fraudulent websites that impersonate legitimate conference websites and booking agencies that are not authorised to make bookings for conference participants.
Leishman Associates wishes to advise THETA Conference participants to be aware of possible scams and urges all participants to only use the official conference website.
Leishman Associates is the only official accommodation agency for THETA Conference. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering accommodation for the conference, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the THETA Conference in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks or rates.
Imitation sites and agencies invite meeting participants to supply their personal details including credit card information, in return for a promise to provide travel and accommodation. Please be aware that these unauthorised companies might not deliver what they promise, and in fact may not deliver anything to the conference participant at all despite charging the credit card.
