Jo Batchelor is the Head of Product Engineering in Digital Services for the University of Auckland. She leads a team of 100+ product engineers and system architects that deliver and support the University's Students, Researchers, Academics, Staff & Alumuni and Communities with effective, sustainable product and services that enable world class learning, teaching and research outcomes, and contribute to maintaining and improving the University's global reputation and standing.
She values collaborative leadership to support practices that provide expertise and capability in the areas of architecture, development, functional and technical analysis, quality and assurance and digital experience.  
She is an executive sponsor of the Digital Services Intern and Graduate programme, and actively advocate for all students to participate in our programme.  She also mentors students in the Business School Women Mentoring Programme.
