Jason (Jase) is the Director of Experience Innovation at Waipapa Taumata Rau, where he leads transformative initiatives in Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Customer Experience (CX) maturity. With a Mini MBA in Generative AI and an educational background in Science, Career Development, and Student Recruitment, Jase combines technological insight with cultural depth in his approach.

His current project, Te Waraki—“The Dawn Chorus”—aims to amplify student perspectives, centralise feedback mechanisms, and drive actionable insights across the business. By creating adaptive feedback loops and responsive strategies, Te Waraki embodies his commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered environment.
