Greg Cavenagh is a technology leader with over 15 years of experience managing large-scale digital infrastructure projects. As Manager of Audio Visual and Network Services at Deakin University, Greg oversees a team of 40 specialists delivering network and AV services to over 64,000 students and 4,000 staff across multiple campuses. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the performance and security of Deakin’s extensive AV and network infrastructure.

Greg recently led the digital design and delivery for Deakin’s first international campus in GIFT City, India, a project completed within a challenging 12-month window. His leadership earned him the prestigious CAUDIT Leadership Award in 2024. Greg’s commitment to innovation, service excellence, and team development continues to shape Deakin’s position as a leader in digital transformation within higher education.
