THETA (The Higher Education Technology Agenda) is Australasia’s leading biennial conference for professionals working in higher education and research. THETA paints the big picture on emerging trends and the future landscape in the intelligent use of information technology. THETA is curated under a joint partnership between CAUDIT (Council of Australasian University Directors of Information Technology), CAUL (Council of Australian University Librarians) and ACODE (Australasian Council on Open and Digital Education).

Each year THETA is held in a different location. The Conference is carefully curated to provide meaningful experiences, knowledge sharing and useful takeaways for its participants. The conference attracts around 700 participants who engage in thoughtful discussions via the main conference presentations and through further breakout sessions.
