Registration Open Times

The registration desk is located on the lobby level of the Novotel and will be open at the following times:

Sunday 19 May – 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Monday 20 May – 8:00am to 5:30pm
Tuesday 21 May – 8:00am to 5:30pm
Wednesday 22 May – 8:00am – 2:00pm

Dress Codes and Name Badges

Be sure to wear your name badge at all times including to the social functions

Dress throughout the day is smart casual or informal business. The dress code to the Welcome reception is smart casual, the dress code to the Dinner is ‘After 5 Cocktail’ – dress to impress!

Name badges are to be collected at the Registration Desk upon your arrival and must be worn at all times.

THETA19 App Download

Ensure you are logged in to the App prior to arriving at the conference

To download the THETA19 App to your phone, please follow the below instructions relevant to your device:

If the above links do not work for you, please search for THETA19 in your Apple or Android Play Store.
When the THETA19 App opens, select ‘Log In’ – you will need to enter your email address – and the four-digit APP Pin – (note: this only needs to be entered once)
Once logged in you be asked to confirm your visibility on the Conference App. ‘Opting In’ means that your profile will be included in the attendee search and you will be able to contribute to the EventStream and other Engage activities.

Warning: Opting Out will limit your app use, you will NOT be able to take part in the EventStream, Contact Exchange or Exhibitor Competitions.

Windows or Blackberry

If you are installing on a Windows Phone or Blackberry, you will need to click on this URL directly in your phone: THETA APP – HTML5 (Install and Launch)

The THETA19 App will open in a browser and you will need to log in with your email address and four-digit APP Pin as shown above.
Finally, you will need to Bookmark the app to your home screen.
Once installed and logged in, you are all set! You can explore the THETA19 App, search for attendees, review the program, create a personalised program as well as research speakers, exhibitors and sponsors.

Social Functions

Tickets to the Gala Dinner and Welcome Reception are now sold out

To find out what social functions you have booked, check on your THETA19 App under ‘My Photo/Registration’ and click ‘View my Registration’ to see a full list of your tickets. If you are on the wait list for the Gala Dinner, you will be able to see the status of your ticket here too. If your wait listed ticket becomes confirmed, you will be contacted by the Conference Organisers.

Campus Tours and Deep Dive Sessions

These Experiential Sessions are held on both Monday and Tuesday afternoon

Fitness Sessions

Yoga and jogging sessions with thanks to our kind sponsors

Fitness Sessions will be held each morning from 6:00am and run for 55 minutes to an hour. You are able to book your tickets to the Fitness Sessions through your THETA19 App. Please note that sessions are limited.

Shuttle Buses

Shuttle Buses are available across the conferencing days to help you get to and from the Train Station, your accommodation and the Welcome Reception

Sunday Loop Shuttle

A Hop-on/Hop-off bus will be available for delegates to catch between the train station, conference hotels and the Novotel on Sunday 19th of May.
**Conference hotels are Adina, Quest, Belmore, Boat Harbour Motel and Sage.

The times the bus will be at the Wollongong Train Station for pick-up:

Welcome Reception Buses

Shuttles to the Welcome Reception
Shuttle buses will be departing to the Welcome Reception from the Novotel Wollongong at the following times:
16:30pm

Shuttles from the Welcome Reception 
Shuttle buses will be departing from the Welcome Reception to the Novotel Wollongong at the following times:

Return to Hotels Shuttle Loop
Shuttle buses will be departing from the Novotel Wollongong to conference hotels from 19:00pm – 21:00pm.
**Conference hotels are Adina, Quest, Belmore, Boat Harbour Motel and Sage.

Morning Hotel Shuttles

The conference shuttle bus service will transfer delegates from outlining accommodations at the start and end of the day. Delegates MUST be out the front for collection at the below times, sharp. Pick up times are as follows:

Monday
Adina, Quest, Belmore, Boat Harbour, Quality Suites – 7:30am pick-up
Sage – 7:50am pick-up

Tuesday
Adina, Quest, Belmore, Boat Harbour, Quality Suites – 7:45am pick-up
Sage – 8:05am pick-up

Wednesday

Sage – 8:20am pick-up

Novotel to Sydney Airport – 22 May

THETA are running 3 x shuttle buses from Novotel to Sydney Airport on 22 May, these tickets are $10 each. A bus will depart at 1:15pm, 1:30pm and 1:45pm. Tickets are limited and essential. See the staff the registration desk if you have not already booked a ticket.
