With more than 25 years in the profession across many library sectors, for the past 15 years I have worked in academic libraries in New Zealand. I have worked in my current role as an Associate University Librarian / Director at AUT for eight years. I am passionate about integrating the use of new technologies in the library and the institution, in ways that are user-centred, practical and operationally sound, to enhance teaching and learning and, in particular, to boost and support scholarly research.
