Biography

Ric Phillips is an enterprise architect at the University of Queensland. He has twenty years of experience working to improve the delivery of technology services in higher education. First in designing and implementing service management process. Later in information architecture and policy development. Currently he is a member of Monash University’s enterprise architecture where he has focused on platform strategy. Ric is also a founder and former chair of the CAUDIT Community of Practice for Enterprise Architecture.
