Marion Blumenstein comes from a biomedical research background and has years of experience in postgraduate student advising. In her role as Senior Lecturer as part of the eLearning Group at the Centre for Learning and Research in Higher Education (CLeaR), the University of Auckland, she aims to enable academic staff to implement learning analytics in their teaching to better understand learning and to gain actionable insights with the ultimate goal of optimising the student experience.
