Cathy Mahar:  As Research Connections Librarian, University of South Australia, Cathy has a variety of roles including the promotion of the UniSA Open Access Policy to maximise the visibility and accessibility of UniSA’s research via the Research Outputs Repository and staff home pages. Related priorities include encouraging the use of ORCiD to ensure research outputs are correctly attributed to a researcher, and utilising tools to promote and measure research quality, impact and engagement, including citation metrics and Altmetrics.
