Andrew Tully joined FedUni as the Executive Director, Information Technology Services (ITS) and Business Solutions in 2014 and has dramatically changed the landscape of service delivery within ITS.
He soon developed a transformation strategy and plan coupled with an Enterprise Architecture Master Plan that forms the basis of the University’s new Digital Journey, a 2020 roadmap, which is designed to meet future evolving needs of their dual sector education landscape.
Andrew has revitalised the ITS directorate into a bi-modal, end-to-end service entity by empowering the teams with new values, practices and processes that has enabled ITS to be responsive to evolving business needs. The directorate has been re-organised to service the tactical focus of technology to ensure alignment with the 2020 roadmap.
