Jenny Quillian:  As Manager, Information Resources and Technology, University of South Australia, Jenny is responsible for the development and delivery of effective and innovative information technology and services both across the university and to external clients to support teaching, learning and research. Specific responsibilities include management of the Collection of Research Outputs project which developed an integrated service to streamline the management of the University’s research outputs; leading the development of services and policy in the areas of resources discovery and collection management and contribute to the Library’s strategic planning and policy-making processes; and collaborating with colleagues within the Library, elsewhere in the University, and with external partners as appropriate in the development and delivery of relevant support services.
