Beena chairs the THETA 2017 Experience Committee. This aligns closely with her role of ICT Client Services Director at AUT where she is responsible for strategically planning and ensuring service delivery of support services to the University’s staff and students.
A pivotal part of this role is customer relationship management and service delivery above customer expectations. This focus, in addition to Beena’s experience in planning a number of large events provides a great synergy for the organisation of an excellent experience for all THETA 2017 delegates.
Beena moved from Zimbabwe to Auckland 15 years ago and holds an MBA (Distinction) from AUT.
