Tall Ships Cruise and Lunch, Sunday 3 April

1:15-3:45pm

Join fellow Conference delegates and enjoy an afternoon of sailing around Sydney Harbour on an 1850′s style tall ship. Join the Captain and crew hoisting the sails and stirring the ship, or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the cruise.

Included in registration for full delegates. However spaces are LIMITED so get in quickly to secure your place.

Departs from Campbell’s Cove, The Rocks (Adjacent to Hyatt Hotel).  Concludes at Darling Harbour.  Further details will be provided to those registered for the cruise.

Welcome Reception, Sunday 3 April

6:00-7:30pm

After you have picked up your registration pack, enjoy drinks and light refreshments at the Conference Welcome Reception while you meet fellow delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Posters Reception, Monday 4 April

5:00-6:15pm

A range of posters will be on display throughout the conference, highlighting innovative projects and work being done within the conference community.  During the Posters Reception, poster presenters will be near their posters to tell you more about them, while you enjoy drinks and light refreshments.

Conference Dinner, Tuesday 5 April

6:30-11:00pm

This year’s conference dinner will be held in the Parkside Ballroom of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks while looking out at the spectacular views of Cockle Bay and Darling Harbour through the floor to ceiling glass windows. The evening will provide a 3 course meal, beverages and amazing entertainment – the conversation and dancing will be up to you.
